Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience. She views therapy as a calling, not just a career, and knew she would be a therapist from a young age. Sarah has a different approach to therapy, often using writing, art, music and dancing to guide her clients to self-care and healing. Sarah specializes in trauma, addiction and recovery, and supporting marginalized groups through cultural competence and allyship.

Sarah loves vacationing in cold weather places, enjoys reading, gaming and stargazing. She is also a reiki master!
